Return & Refund Policy

At PineTHOW, we are committed to delivering high-quality tiny homes and accessories that meet the expectations of our customers. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our builds and strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns for ready-made/prebuilt tiny homes must be requested within 30  days of delivery.
  • The home must be in original, undamaged condition with no modifications, alterations, or signs of installation.
  • For smaller items (add-ons, appliances, accessories), returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned with all accessories, manuals, and included parts.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Custom-built tiny homes are not eligible for return once production has started.

2. Restocking Fees

PineTHOW does not charge any restocking fees on any returns.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our support team at contact@pinethow.com to request authorization.

Our team will provide:

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA)
  • Instructions for preparing and shipping the item or tiny home
  • Any required documentation for transport

Customers are responsible for all return transport or shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged or defective. Unauthorized returns without an RA may be rejected or delayed.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once your returned home or product is received, our inspection team will review its condition.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
  • If a return fails inspection due to damage, modifications, signs of use, or missing parts, the item may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

5. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If your tiny home or product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Take clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  2. Report the issue to contact@pinethow.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, we will arrange repairs, replacement, or a refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled 48 hours before the date of departure of the tiny home. The buyer will receive a full refund on any payments or deposits made.

For small products or accessories you can cancel your order 24 hours before the date of departure of your tiny home for a full refund.

After the cancellation window:

  • Tiny home cancellations will incur a 5% cancellation fee
  • Custom-built tiny homes cannot be canceled once production has begun
  • Prebuilt homes that have already shipped cannot be canceled

7. Deposits

All deposits used to reserve a build slot, begin custom design work, or secure materials are non refundable

Deposits made to secure a pre built tiny home is refundable in full.

8. Refunds

All approved refunds:

  • Are issued to the original payment method only
  • Are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Do not include shipping or delivery fees, as those are non-refundable

Refund completion times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
