1. General

  • PineTHOW provides tiny homes on wheels and related services.
  • These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services.
  • By placing an order or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee immediate shipping; production and delivery timelines apply.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payments may be made via wire transfer or other methods explicitly accepted by PineTHOW.
  • Orders are processed once payment is received and confirmed.

4. Deposits

  • Deposits are required for custom-built homes or to reserve production slots.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once production or material procurement begins.
  • Deposits on pre-built homes are refundable in full.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Tiny homes are delivered via specialized transport to the address provided by the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible delivery location.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • PineTHOW offers returns only as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Custom-built homes are non-returnable once production starts.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled 48 hours before the date of departure of the tiny home. The buyer will receive a full refund on any payments or deposits made.

    For small products or accessories you can cancel your order 24 hours before the date of departure of your tiny home for a full refund.

    After the cancellation window:

    • Tiny home cancellations will incur a 5% cancellation fee
    • Custom-built tiny homes cannot be canceled once production has begun
    • Prebuilt homes that have already shipped cannot be canceled

8. Warranty

  • PineTHOW provides warranty coverage as outlined in our Warranty Policy.
  • Warranty claims must be reported promptly and in accordance with the policy guidelines.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure delivery locations are accessible and safe.
  • Any required permits or approvals for tiny home placement are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customers must inspect their home upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the PineTHOW website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of PineTHOW and protected by copyright law.
  • Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • PineTHOW is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

  • PineTHOW reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
