At PineTHOW, we want your tiny home delivered safely, on time, and ready for you to enjoy. Here’s how our process works:

1. Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we finalize your delivery schedule.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with estimated delivery dates, shipping cost, and any special instructions.

2. Production & Preparation

  • Custom-built or prebuilt tiny homes undergo a full quality inspection before shipping.
  • The home is secured for safe transport.

3. Shipping Cost

  • Shipping costs vary depending on your location, size of the home, and delivery requirements.
  • The shipping fee will be provided during checkout and must be confirmed before delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible delivery site; additional charges may apply for difficult or remote locations.

4. Scheduling Delivery

  • Our logistics team contacts you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
  • We confirm site access, road conditions, and space for the delivery vehicle.

5. Transportation

  • Tiny homes are transported via specialized trucks to your specified location.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery area is accessible and safe for the vehicle and home.

6. Delivery & Inspection

  • Upon arrival, inspect your tiny home carefully for any damage.
  • Our delivery team positions the home according to your instructions.
  • Our team will be responsible for installing your home upon delivery.
  • After delivery, we will do a professional inspection and make a record. This is to ensure that if any damages were sustained during transit, it will be resolved.
  • For more assurance, you also have up to 48 hours to report any damage or issues. Email us directly at contact@pinethow.com.

7. Final Acceptance

  • Once you confirm delivery and inspect your home, the delivery is complete.
  • Keep any delivery receipts or documents for your records.

8. Post-Delivery Support

  • If there are issues with damage, defects, or setup, our team will work with you to resolve them promptly.
