Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, our team begins preparing your tiny home for delivery.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs vary depending on your tiny home size, delivery distance, and any site requirements.
  • The shipping fee will be provided during checkout and must be confirmed prior to delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible delivery site. Additional charges may apply for remote or difficult locations.

3. Transit and Handling Times

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
  • Transit Time: Delivery times depend on location:
    • Local Deliveries: 1–3 business days
    • Regional and Long-Distance Deliveries: 5–10 business days

4. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
     may be processed the following business day.

5. Change of Address

  • Customers must notify us at contact@pinethow.com immediately if the delivery address changes.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for address changes after order confirmation.

6. Cancellations

  • For prebuilt homes, orders may be canceled 48 hours before the date of departure of the tiny home. The buyer will receive a full refund on any payments or deposits made.
  • For small products or accessories you can cancel your order 24 hours before the date of departure of your tiny home for a full refund.

    After the cancellation window:

    • Tiny home cancellations will incur a 5% cancellation fee
    • Custom-built tiny homes cannot be canceled once production has begun
    • Prebuilt homes that have already shipped cannot be canceled

7. Damaged Goods

  • Inspect your tiny home carefully upon delivery.
  • Any damage must be reported within 48 hours to contact@pinethow.com.
  • We will coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.

8. Order Tracking

  • You will receive updates on your delivery schedule and tracking information once your home is in transit.
  • Our team is available to provide status updates or answer questions about your shipment.

9. Delays and Exceptions

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen events.
  • Customers will be notified promptly of any delays.

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your tiny home is lost or arrives damaged during transit, notify us immediately at contact@pinethow.com.
  • We will investigate and arrange for replacement, repair, or other resolution at no additional cost.
